Job Description:

•Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS) among global HR users.
•Support, train and guide global HR users in all aspects of HR information and employee record maintenance
•Work closely with IT to solve users errors as well as define needs for new and improved functionality
•Key player in Global HRIS projects to enhance and improve Global HR business processes.

 
Job Requirements:

•B.A in Information system management\Industrial engineering\Business Administration
•Excellent interpersonal, communications & customer relations skills.
•Information system background
•Knowledge of Oracle-ERP – advantage
•Knowledge of MS office applications.
•Ability to lead and monitor in matrix organization
•Highly organized and details oriented
•Excellent English (verbal and written)
